A lot of familiar faces will be on the oche, so let’s see who’s the favorite to come out on top at the end of the night.

2026 World Series of Darts Finals: Quarterfinals, semifinals and final predictions and previews

Here are my predictions for Sunday.

*The semifinal and final predictions are based on the results I have happening from the quarterfinal session

QF1: Ross Smith vs. Josh Rock

Winner: Josh Rock, 10-8

The scoring in this match should be very entertaining, so it may come down to who is better at doubles in this contest.

Smith’s recent form has been the constant story in darts, but I do think Rock has the edge here.

Rock defeated Stephen Bunting and Ryan Searle so far, while Smith has beaten Kevin Doets and Daryl Gurney.

QF2: Dirk van Duijvenbode vs. Gian van Veen

Winner: Dirk van Duijvenbode, 10-9

DVD is coming off the high of beating Luke Humphries in an epic second-round tie on Saturday afternoon.

The crowd will have a choice to make in this match, with two Dutchmen facing each other, but it’s still set up to be a close match.

It’s one of several 50/50 matches in this round, but DVD seems up to beat another highly ranked player.

QF3: Gerwyn Price vs. James Wade

Winner: James Wade, 10-9

Wade is fortunate to be here, after barely surviving against Damon Heta in the first round.

He had a much better performance in the second round against Wessel Nijman, averaging 101.40.

It’s kind of hard to tell what we’ll get out of Price, as he’s produced steady darts the past few days, taking care of business, but I like Wade’s odds here, with him having a great past month or so.

QF4: Luke Littler vs. Jonny Clayton

Winner: Luke Littler, 10-8

Even when you think Littler is in trouble, he finds a way to pull out a win, as we saw in his matches against Nathan Aspinall and Danny Noppert.

He’ll be pushed by Clayton if he has a vintage game of his own, but Clayton has been lucky to come away with two wins this week, having a couple of below-average games.

It could help that he’s playing Littler, who will push him more than Maik Kuivenhoven and Motomu Sakai did this week.

Littler’s had averages high in the 90s, but we’re still waiting to see a more well-rounded game from Littler, especially on the outer ring.

SF1: Josh Rock vs. Dirk van Duijvenbode

Winner: Josh Rock, 11-7

Rock could be in reach of a first major this weekend if he makes it to the evening session.

He’s made a semifinal already this year at a major, and I think he’ll get over the hump and make it to a first major final, whether he plays Dirk van Duijvenbode or Gian van Veen in the semifinal.

SF2: James Wade vs. Luke Littler

Winner: Luke Littler, 11-8

Littler and Wade have faced each other in the late stages of several majors in the last year or two.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see them clash again in the semifinals, but for Wade, Littler has been his kryptonite most of the time, despite the two having some very tight matches.

Expect Littler to be in another final come Sunday night.

F: Josh Rock vs. Luke Littler

Winner: Josh Rock, 11-10

Unless Littler has a huge increase in his performance on Sunday, I think he’s beatable if the right opponent plays him.

I think Josh Rock is that «right opponent» and could take advantage of this slight dip in form from Littler, which would be Rock’s first career major win.
