At the country’s most famous venue, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tied the knot, holding their wedding at Madison Square Garden. The two have dominated headlines as power couple intertwining sports and pop culture since 2023 — and after years of Swift’s appearances at Chiefs games, public appearances together and Kelce’s 2025 proposal, they are now officially married.
With the heavy emphasis put on privacy and security by the couple, little-to-no visuals from inside MSG were shown to the public Friday. But there were plenty of reports about the wedding details, including official information from Swift’s team about her dress, Swift reportedly performing at her own wedding, and a long list of celebrity guests seen on their way to the venue.

8:03 p.m. — Some details about the wedding have reportedly been released by Swift’s team. The newlyweds wore Dior ceremony looks designed by Jonathan Anderson. Swift and Kelce did not have a wedding party, but Swift’s brother was her «Man of Honor» and Jason Kelce was Travis’ best man.
Additionally, comedian and actor Adam Sandler reportedly officiated the wedding.

6:58 p.m. — The New York Times reported that Swift and Nicks also did a sound check early on Friday, another sign of them preparing to perform together.
6:42 p.m. — The Empire State Building is set to shine in light blue on Friday night to celebrate Swift and Kelce.

6:07 p.m. — Some reports, including the latest from Page Six, indicate Swift will be performing as part of the wedding celebrations. The New York Times also overheard from someone working the event that Swift would take a stage alongside Stevie Nicks and Paul McCartney.

4:02 p.m. — TMZ reports that an ice sculpture was delivered to Madison Square Garden today from from Okamoto Studio Custom Ice in Queens. Unfortunately, there haven’t been any photos of the reported sculpture released online.
Another recent report from Variety said that Swift and Kelce have donated $26 million to more than 20 charities ahead of their New York City wedding festivities.
3:54 p.m. — Privacy would appear to be one of the main themes of the event planning. Variety reported that guests received digital invitations, which had «watermarks with guest names and came bundled with NDAs.»
3:52 p.m. — Earlier today, Swift was spotted leaving her New York City apartment, presumptively to head to MSG.

3:46 p.m. — The guests at Thursday’s rehearsal dinner were given «black velvet boxes etched with the couple’s initials» that contain «one large champagne flute adorned with diamonds,» according to Page Six.
The boxes «were presented with an image of what appeared to be the garden from the couple’s famed engagement photos printed on frayed fabric placed on top,» according to the outlet.

3:52 p.m. — The New York Post has provided at least a small glimpse at the scene from Thursday’s apparent rehearsal dinner, including flower setups.
“Guests ate, drank and hung out on a pink carpet,” a source told the outlet of the event.

3:44 p.m. — For the most part, any visuals from the big wedding are expected to come from the exterior of Madison Square Garden, considering the reported privacy and security measures being taken inside the venue.
However, plenty of clips from around MSG have been spread online — including a massive tent outside of the arena, with roads blocked off.

Who is at Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce wedding?
Plenty of stars have been spotted in New York City en route to the wedding celebrations on Friday. A full list can be found here, but among those celebrities were:

Swift has also hinted that «it would be hard to keep» star singer Ed Sheeran from performing at the event, while singer Suki Waterhouse and comedian Graham Norton were confirmed to be invited previously. Additionally, People and Page Six have reported Zoe Kravitz and the New York Knicks’ starting lineup, including Jalen Brunson, are on the invite list after Swift attended Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals.
Page Six has also previously reported that Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw are set to perform at the wedding.

What time is the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce wedding?
There is little that has been confirmed about the Swift-Kelce wedding, but multiple outlets have reported that the wedding is a multi-day event that begins Thursday, July 2.
Per ABC News, the Thursday portion, with a guest list of about 100 people, is expected to begin around 6 p.m. ET. Then, on Friday, a second event with a cocktail hour is expected to begin around 4 p.m. ET. Around 1,000 people are expected to be in attendance on Friday, and it reportedly isn’t scheduled to end until 4 a.m. ET on Saturday, July 4.
Can fans watch the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce wedding?
Unfortunately for big fans of Swift and Kelce, there aren’t any known plans to stream or be able to watch the wedding from home.
TMZ shared a live stream on Thursday that is aiming to capture «every moment outside the venue,» but it’s unclear, and unlikely, whether the outlet will have any footage of the wedding itself.
The event has been considered extremely private, including a «strict no-phone policy for everyone inside the venue, including guests, vendors and security personnel,» per ABC News. Unless Swift and Kelce decide to share content on social media or invite media members, there aren’t expectations of many — if any — public videos/streams being available.
Security is also expected to be very strict; according to ABC News, streets will be shut down outside the venue to both vehicles and pedestrians, and «tents and canopies will be set up to prevent the public from seeing those entering and exiting the venue.»
