The agreement will allow CRM teams to create and trigger gamified experiences within Symplify’s platform, removing the need to move between separate systems.
Player behaviour used to trigger gamified experiences
Through the integration, Symplify will manage orchestration, segmentation and targeting, determining which players receive specific experiences and when they are delivered.
These experiences can be triggered by player activity, including a first deposit, a period of inactivity or reaching a VIP milestone.
Promofy will provide the gamification elements, including games, challenges and AI-driven rewards. The company was named Best Startup at ICE 2026.

The partnership also brings the two platforms together around player data. Symplify already holds the data used to build and manage customer journeys, meaning information does not need to be exported or recreated for gamification campaigns.
When a predefined trigger is reached, the relevant Promofy experience can be activated automatically without additional manual setup.
Symplify aims to bring gamification closer to CRM
Symplify’s Chief Sales Officer Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said:
“Gamification often sits in its own corner, running as a separate campaign with its own data and its own setup. Bringing Promofy inside our journeys closes that gap. CRM teams can reward a player at the moment that matters, using behaviour we are already tracking, and they can do it without writing a line of code.”
Irakli Davarashvili Founder & CEO added:
“Working with Symplify means our games and challenges reach players at the point when they are most likely to respond. Our engine allows targeting to be driven by live player behaviour rather than a list pulled together the week before.”
