French joins the company with several years of industry experience, having previously worked with gameplay intelligence specialist Greco and real-time CRM provider Fast Track. During his time at Fast Track, he was involved in developments focused on player engagement.
Terragon Targets Wider Market Expansion
The appointment comes as Terragon looks to increase its market presence and broaden how operators can access its technology.
In addition to its bespoke and fully supported PAM solution, the company has developed a streamlined plug-and-play option aimed at operators looking for a quicker route to market.
Terragon’s technology covers the full player lifecycle, including registration, payments, marketing, customer support and regulatory compliance.
Tim French, Commercial Director at Terragon, said:
“Terragon has built an incredibly strong product and team, but much of that work has happened behind the scenes through direct networking and word-of-mouth referrals.
That creates a huge opportunity. My focus will be on taking what the team has already built and bringing it to a larger section of the market, while making sure we retain the flexibility and operator-first approach that has brought Terragon to this point.

French to Support Terragon’s Commercial Growth
Terragon said French’s experience in commercial development and player technology would support the company’s next stage of expansion.
A spokesperson at Terragon said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Tim to Terragon at an important point in the company’s development. His experience across both commercial growth and some of the more innovative areas of player technology makes him a great fit for where we are heading.
We’ve spent years designing technology around the specific bespoke requirements of operators, and we are now ready to take that experience to a much broader audience. Tim will play a central role in making that happen.”
Terragon will also attend SBC Summit Lisbon, where French and the wider team will meet with operators and partners to discuss the company’s PAM solutions and its plans for growth.
