Brady joins the agency as President of Gaming, bringing more than 26 years of experience in online gaming, along with a background in building businesses, investing in emerging companies and shaping strategies across the sector.
His role will focus on strengthening Brothers & Sisters’ gaming expertise and supporting its growth within global gaming markets.
A career built across gaming, technology and marketing
Brady began his career in 2000 at Cashcade, the company behind the successful Foxy Bingo brand. He later founded and scaled several businesses spanning gaming, technology and marketing.
In 2012, he co-founded Bede Gaming and helped develop the company into one of the industry’s leading technology platforms before the business was successfully exited in 2020.
He was also a founding shareholder of Rocket9, a specialist gaming marketing agency that was acquired by LeoVegas in 2018.
Alongside his operational roles, Brady has invested in high-growth companies across gaming, healthcare, fashion and fintech. He currently serves as Chairman of Bede Gaming and The Conexus Group.

Expanding Brothers & Sisters’ industry expertise
Brady becomes the latest industry specialist to join Brothers & Sisters, as the agency continues to bring experienced sector leaders into its team.
He follows Robert Tansey, former Sky Sports Marketing Director and Chairman of British Cycling, who joined as Chairman of B&S Sports Club and provides expertise across sport and streaming.
Brothers & Sisters Managing Director Steph Hobart joined the agency in 2025 from Candy Crush, where she was Head of Brand, bringing specialist knowledge of social gaming.
