MacIntyre will work alongside THNDR’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its skill games network and bring additional operators onto the platform.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in gaming and digital entertainment. Most recently, she served as CEO of WorldWinner, the competitive skill-gaming platform behind FanDuel’s skill gaming app, FaceOff. Her career has also included senior leadership positions at LeapFrog, LucasArts, Atari and Hasbro.

Over the course of her career, MacIntyre has launched more than 100 games, including 11 No. 1 titles, generating more than $2 billion in revenue. She also co-founded Fingerprint, a global provider of digital content for children that was later acquired by Sandbox & Co.

THNDR offers a white-label skill games layer designed for operators including sportsbooks, DFS platforms and lottery apps, enabling them to integrate skill-based gaming experiences into their products while generating revenue from every game played. The company reports more than 160 million games played, a 99.99% fill rate and over 25 live partners.

MacIntyre’s background in scaling real-money skill gaming aligns with THNDR’s strategy as it grows its operator network.

“Nancy didn’t just predict the rise of skill gaming, she led it. At WorldWinner she led efforts to take FanDuel FaceOff mainstream and proved this category works at scale,”

said Desiree Dickerson, CEO of THNDR.

“As we bring more Tier 1 operators onto our network, that is exactly the expertise we need. Having her in our corner makes everything we build sharper.”

“I have built games on almost every platform that mattered over the last 25 years, and PvP skill gaming is one of the most exciting categories in the market right now,”

said Nancy MacIntyre.

“THNDR has the team, the technology, and the lead. I am excited to help them turn that into mainstream, must-play games.”

THNDR said it plans to share additional details regarding its competitive gaming roadmap in the coming months.
