RFID Tracking And Tamper Evidence
Olivia Lee, director of business development at Mega Fortris, said the company’s products now include a card vault fitted with radio frequency identification, or RFID, tags that allow digital tracking capabilities. She spoke to GGRAsia at the recent Global Gaming Expo Asia in Macau.
According to corporate materials, the company’s card vaults also feature tamper-evident functions. It is recommended by Mega Fortris that irreversible identifiers, which include the product’s name, logo, barcode, and serial number, can be laser-marked in the pairing seal, which includes the patented Triple Lock Chamber Seal, a type of sealing device that utilizes a unidirectional snap lock system resulting in an airtight seal.
According to Lee, Mega Fortris is now focusing on automation and traceability, as they are increasingly important elements as integrated resorts become more efficient and compliant with regulations. She said the goal is to support the sector’s shift toward more controlled and traceable security systems.
Smart Security Solutions
Mega Fortris has also developed what Lee described as a smart security solution, which uses RFID and real-time tracking to help protect both financial and physical assets. She pointed to the latest RFID-tagged card vault as an example of how that system works in practice.
The company’s approach reflects a broader focus on building security products that can meet changing industry requirements. Lee said the supplier is working to match the gaming sector’s evolving operational needs, with security now tied more closely to digital record-keeping and monitoring.

TITO Products Gain Traction
At the trade show, Mega Fortris also showcased its ticket-in, ticket-out products. Lee said that the segment is gaining momentum because of its high quality. The company sees that business as part of its wider effort to support casino operations with products that fit more modern workflows.
Moreover, the emphasis on TITO systems correlates well with the company’s overall philosophy, according to which security devices no longer have to be used solely as a means of physical protection. The need of the hour is efficiency, traceability, and the ability to work for the benefit of operators and regulators.
Focus On Future Needs
Lee said the company remains committed to meeting the industry’s trending and evolving operational needs. According to her, the future involves more than just entertainment; it is about providing a secure and efficient platform for players, operators, and regulators alike.
This clearly places Mega Fortris in an important sector of the gaming supply market. With integrated resorts under pressure to improve both performance and compliance, the company is betting that digital traceability will remain a key part of that shift.
