Graham had only recently returned from the same calf complaint suffered in Round 11 against the Dolphins, however the star outside back reportedly pulled up sore following the trip to Brookvale.
According to reports, the Rabbitohs are now fearing Graham could spend upwards of a month back on the sidelines in another devastating blow for both the club and the luckless representative hopeful.
The injury adds to what has become a mounting casualty ward at South Sydney, with Latrell Mitchell, Jack Wighton and Talanoa Penitani all currently sidelined in the outside backs.

Long-term injuries to Isaiah Tass and Adam Elliott have only compounded the Rabbitohs’ problems during a difficult stretch of the season following a 2025 that saw the club have to endure the worst injury toll in the NRL.
For Graham personally, the latest setback continues a brutal run of injuries that has threatened to derail what once appeared destined to become one of the game’s elite careers.

Still only 26 years old, Graham was widely viewed several seasons ago as a future State of Origin mainstay for New South Wales, with many believing it was only a matter of time before he cemented a long-term spot in the Blues backline.

At his best, the towering centre or winger combined elite defensive ability with strong yardage carries and underrated attacking skill, making him one of the most complete outside backs in the competition.
Instead, persistent injuries over recent years have repeatedly halted his momentum just as he looked set to take the next step in his career.
The Rabbitohs are expected to take a cautious approach with the latest calf issue given the recurrence of the injury and the importance of having Graham fit for the back end of the season.
South Sydney have now dropped three straight games against the Sea Eagles, Cowboys and Dolphins as injuries continue to take a heavy toll on Wayne Bennett’s squad.
The Rabbitohs face the Brisbane Broncos at Accor Stadium on Thursday night in what shapes as a crucial clash for both clubs amid the Origin period.
