Between the start of 2026 and the moment police disrupted the network, this specialized visibility work brought in approximately 3.7 billion dong for the firm.

The financial infrastructure behind the agency was designed to vanish under casual scrutiny. Manh bypassed the traditional banking sector almost entirely when dealing with clients, routing incoming payments through 41 distinct electronic wallets configured to accept the stablecoin USDT. When it came time to compensate the staff running the IT, marketing, and backlink wings, the agency relied primarily on physical cash distributions.

The criminal proceedings officially initiated by Hanoi authorities on June 2 focus on the illegal provision of information across telecommunications and computer networks. While Manh and his core team of 17 face temporary detention as prosecutors build their case, the fallout is widening. Border controls have been tightened for another 15 individuals connected to the firm, all of whom are currently barred from leaving Vietnam while investigators trace the full extent of the agency’s client list.
