Larina joined Evoplay in 2022 as Head of B2B Marketing and rapidly progressed through the organisation. Following her promotion to Head of Growth Marketing in 2023, she was appointed Head of Marketing in November 2024. Her latest promotion to CMO reflects a fast-rising career path built on strategic leadership and consistent results.
Throughout her tenure, Larina has led a series of major marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at strengthening Evoplay’s global brand presence. Her work has focused on innovative marketing strategies, cross-department collaboration, and partner-driven projects, while also contributing to the company’s move towards a stronger B2C-focused strategy designed to enhance player engagement.
She has also played an important role in fostering collaboration across Evoplay’s marketing, product, sales, and commercial teams, helping reinforce the company’s reputation as a progressive industry partner.
Larina’s contributions have earned industry-wide recognition through nominations including Woman Leader of the Year at the AffPapa iGaming Awards, Young Changemaker at the Casino Guru Awards, Marketing Star of the Year at the G Gate Awards, Young Leader of the Year at the WIG Diversity Awards, and inclusion in the Top 50 Masters of iGaming Marketing list.

In her new position, Larina will continue overseeing Evoplay’s brand, performance, and product marketing divisions, with a focus on supporting the company’s growth strategy and strengthening its market position globally.
