Paradise Registers a Sharp Increase in April Casino Revenue Due to High Demand for Table Games
Paradise Co posted an impressive growth in the company’s casino revenue for April after the company saw almost double its monthly revenues. The company registered casino revenue of KRW87.9 billion, equivalent to US$60.4 million, which grew by 80.6% from March and 30.7% from April last year.

The result came despite a much more modest rise in table drop, suggesting that the monthly improvement was driven largely by stronger performance at the tables. Table drop for the month reached KRW652.1 billion, or US$451 million, up 4.5% year-on-year and 7.0% from March. The contrast between the slower growth in drop and the sharp rise in revenue points to a stronger hold for the operator during April.
Table Games Drive Growth
Table games remained the main source of momentum for Paradise during the month. The revenue for the segment grew by 29.1% compared to April 2025 and by 89.9% compared to the previous month to KRW82.2 billion, equivalent to US$56.8 million. The growth in revenue helped boost the overall revenue growth in the month.
On the other hand, machine revenue also grew by a much lower margin than that of the table games segment. The machine revenue grew by 59.7% from April last year and by 5.8% from March to register revenues worth KRW5.73 billion, equivalent to US$4.0 million. While smaller in scale, the machine segment still contributed to the broader improvement in the company’s casino results.
The gap between revenue and table drop also suggests that operating conditions were favorable for Paradise in April. Although the drop increased only modestly, revenue rose at a much faster rate, which is typically a sign of improved performance at the tables. However, no further explanation was provided by the company regarding the monthly trend, and the numbers clearly suggest a robust recovery when contrasted with the numbers for March.

Four-Month Performance
The first four months of 2026 saw the company reporting a profit of KRW316.8 billion, which amounts to $219 million, a rise of 8.2% compared with the same period in 2025. The company’s results thus reflect that it continues to be on an upward trend at least through the beginning of the year, despite the remarkable increase seen in April.
Paradise operates 3 casinos in Seoul, Busan, and Jeju. It also holds a controlling 55% stake in Paradise City, the integrated resort in Incheon that it runs jointly with Japan’s Sega Sammy Holdings. These assets make up the company’s wider casino portfolio and continue to shape its overall operating performance.
April’s Revenue Mix
The April figures show a business that benefited from a particularly strong month in table games, while machine revenue added a smaller but still useful lift. The overall pattern points to a sharp improvement in casino revenue without a corresponding surge in table drop, which is why the month stood out so clearly in the company’s financial update.
With revenue rising faster than the underlying drop, April became a strong month for Paradise across both its monthly and year-to-date figures. The company’s latest results reflect a robust operational showing, led by table games and supported by steady growth in machine revenue.
