The move comes after Alberta officially opened its regulated iGaming market, becoming the second regulated jurisdiction in Canada after Ontario and creating new opportunities for the industry.
Games Global has secured a licence from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) commission, allowing the iGaming content supplier to extend its operations in Canada. The company already has an established presence in Ontario through its studio network and portfolio of gaming content.
Games Global Brings Established Titles to Alberta
As part of the Alberta launch, players in the province will gain access to several established Games Global slot franchises for the first time.
Titles being introduced include Gold Blitz™, 12 Masks of Fire™ and Fishin’ Pots of Gold™.
The offering will also include premium table games that have already been developed and distributed in Canada through Games Global’s exclusive live casino partner, OnAir Entertainment™.

Alberta Entry Expands North American Footprint
The expansion into Alberta forms part of Games Global’s wider North American strategy.
The supplier has already developed a presence across the region through partnerships with tier-one operators in Ontario and regulated US states.
Games Global will now look to build on the results achieved in Ontario as it establishes its presence in Alberta’s regulated market.
Mark MacCombie, Chief Commercial Officer, Games Global, said:
“The opening of Alberta’s iGaming market is an exciting opportunity for Games Global. We have already established a strong presence in Ontario, where our content has proven resonant with players, and we are confident Alberta will build on this momentum.
North America remains a key strategic focus for us, and we will continue to work closely with both our valued operator partners and our exclusive studios to deliver exceptional gaming experiences to players across the continent’s regulated markets.”
