Indonesia’s West Java Council Warns Civil Servants Over Online Gambling

As reported by the data, the cases of civil servants caught up in internet gambling increased by 74% from 613 cases in 2024 to 1,066 cases in 2025.

The increase was also recorded in the amount deposited through illegal gambling activity. Combined deposits rose by 20% to more than US$373,000 during the period covered by the data.

Council Calls For Action
