Throughout his career, Francis has held senior commercial roles across both the operator and supplier sectors. Most recently, he served as Head of Commercial and Head of Account Management at BetGames, where he oversaw commercial relationships and supported account growth across key markets.

His previous experience also includes positions at Pragmatic Play and bet365. During that time, he built expertise in player engagement, VIP account management, and operational leadership, shaping the commercial approach he brings to his new role.
