Presenting his first report as the interim CEO of Hacksaw, Ana Vrabic Verdir stated, “The strong revenue growth from previous quarters continued in Q2. For the 12-month period ending 30 June 2026, our revenue reached EUR 224 million, an increase of 31 percent on a reported basis, and 37 percent on a constant currency basis, compared with the 12-month period ending on 30 June 2025.”

Hacksaw expanded game releases and market presence

The second quarter saw Hacksaw accelerate its release schedule, with 17 in‑house titles launched alongside 17 games from partner studios through its OpenRGS platform. Since 2023, third‑party studios have released 108 games on OpenRGS, underscoring the platform’s role in scaling content.

Average daily game rounds also increased 15%, with Hacksaw’s ten largest games generating 49% of gross gaming revenue, compared with 46% last year.

Two new studios, Good Times Studios and Aloha Gaming, joined the platform, bringing the total number of partner studios to eleven. Hacksaw’s content also entered new regulated markets, including Slovenia and Paraguay, further strengthening its global footprint.

Cash and cash equivalents totaled €99 million at quarter‑end, with no interest‑bearing debt. In April, shareholders approved a dividend of €0.40 per share, amounting to €116 million, which was paid in May.
