Paradise Entertainment Unit Gains Singapore Approved-Manufacturer Status

Hong Kong-listed Paradise Entertainment Ltd said a subsidiary has been recognised as an approved manufacturer under Singapore’s Gambling Regulatory Authority. The company said the approval gives LT Smart (Singapore) Pte Ltd a new regulatory status in the market, with effect from the date of the Thursday announcement.

Regulatory Approval In Singapore

Paradise Entertainment said the approval was granted under Singapore’s Casino Control Act 2006. The company did not provide details on the specific product offerings of the LT Smart unit, but said the regulatory permission is now in place.

The announcement adds another market to the group’s wider regional plans. Paradise Entertainment is the parent of Macau-based electronic casino games specialist LT Game Ltd, which has been expanding its product reach beyond Macau.

According to Jay Chun, chairman and managing director of Paradise Entertainment, the approved-manufacturer designation provides scope for business development and partnerships. He further added that they hope to leverage the success in the coming days for the benefit of their shareholders, as well as providing solutions for partners and entertainment for the players of the region.

Direct Access To Market

In a conversation with GGRAsia, Eddie Au, COO of LT Game, stated that with this designation, they are now able to offer their gaming products directly to the Singapore market. That marks a more direct commercial path for the group as it seeks to widen its customer base.

LT Game is known for its long-standing dominance in the live-dealer multi-game category of electronic-table products in Macau. Singapore has already been identified by the group as a target overseas market for growing its LMG footprint.

In a previous interview with GGRAsia, Mr Au said Singapore was one of the markets the company had been watching closely. The latest approval now gives the firm a formal route to pursue that opportunity.

Regional Expansion Plans

Paradise Entertainment has been broadening its gaming product lineup and promoting it outside Macau in markets it sees as having significant potential. These initiatives were described as encompassing various geographies, indicating a more comprehensive approach to expanding its business operations.

In its 2025 annual report filed at the stock exchange in Hong Kong towards the end of April, it identified such markets as the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam, and North America. The group can now add another geographical location to its list, namely, Singapore.

The company’s announcement does not indicate any immediate product launch in Singapore, but the approval places LT Smart in a position to move ahead with sales under the local framework. For Paradise Entertainment and LT Game, the development adds another step to a regional expansion strategy that has been building steadily over time.

Wider Business Context

The latest status in Singapore comes as LT Game continues to reinforce its presence as a major electronic gaming supplier. Its Macau LMG business remains the core of its profile, but the company has increasingly looked outside the city for growth.

The company’s addition of the Singapore certification marks another milestone in its regulatory base. It helps achieve its strategic objective of providing technology for the gaming industry in more jurisdictions, but always through the regulated channels.
