DigiPlus Rolls Out Responsible Gaming Framework
DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has launched a new framework centered on responsible gaming and player protection as part of its long-term growth strategy. The operator of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone unveiled the “Entertainment for Good” framework on Wednesday, bringing together product innovation, player safeguards, community programs, and corporate governance.
Player Protection Measures
Under the framework, DigiPlus said players can access support resources through its EmbracePLUS helplines. The company also said education and awareness initiatives are being expanded to encourage safe and balanced participation in digital entertainment.
DigiPlus added that its industry-first surety bond program remains available across its platforms as an additional financial safeguard. The company presented the measure as part of its effort to reinforce protection while continuing to expand its services.
The framework is not limited to responsible gaming. DigiPlus said it also covers entertainment offerings, community development, and corporate integrity, placing those areas under a single business direction.
Governance And Monitoring
The company highlighted several governance measures under the new framework, including the integration of the ArenaPlus sportsbook with the Sportradar Integrity Exchange. The network is designed to help detect suspicious betting activities in real time.
That element of the framework places integrity monitoring alongside the company’s wider gaming and entertainment operations. DigiPlus said the approach is meant to support its business model while maintaining stronger safeguards across its platforms.
This framework was presented by the company as part of their strategy for achieving future growth. The focus on issues such as governance and protection of players seems to indicate that the company is trying to integrate these factors into its core activities.

Community Programs Funded
DigiPlus also pointed to the work of its foundation, which spent P84 million in 2025 on programs that benefited nearly 1 million Filipinos. The company said the spending reflected its broader commitment to community development under the same framework.
Recent initiatives included support for the Department of Information and Communications Technology’s TechQuest National Robotics Challenge, donations of disaster response equipment to the City of Manila and more than P1.2 million in relief assistance for communities affected by the recent Southern Mindanao earthquake.
Those activities were cited as examples of how the company’s framework extends beyond gaming operations. DigiPlus said the structure is designed to connect entertainment, governance, and social programs within a single strategy.
Company Vision
DigiPlus president Ping Chen said the company continues to invest in innovation and technology to deliver the best possible entertainment experiences for customers while making sure player protection, strong corporate governance, and positive community impact grow alongside the business.
The statement reflects the company’s effort to present the framework as part of its wider corporate identity. With the rollout of “Entertainment for Good,” DigiPlus has placed responsible gaming, platform safeguards, and community support into one operating direction as it moves ahead with its digital entertainment businesses.
