Weike Targets Younger Players With New Slot Links And Roulette
Weike Gaming Technology (S) Pte Ltd is expanding its product line with fresh progressive-slot links and a new electronic roulette game as it looks to reach a wider player base beyond Singapore and Malaysia. Chief executive Ben Chua Beng Hwee said the company is sharpening its portfolio to better match regional preferences and appeal to younger players.

New Slot Series Unveiled
The company’s latest push includes 3 progressive-link series, named Ru Yi Ji Xiang, Long Hua Fu Gui, and Ying Shuang Yuan, each built with 2 new base games. Chua said the products draw on Chinese cultural elements and use animation to help capture player attention.
He said the series is a part of Weike’s repositioning of its slot products over the past year, with the aim of meeting demand in markets such as Macau and the Philippines. Progressive links, he added, are especially suited to the Philippines because of its strong slot market and the large gaming floors dedicated to that segment. The same products can also be offered in a standalone progressive format, which he said may be better suited to slot clubs.
Roulette Built For Asia
Weike also used the Global Gaming Expo Asia 2026 show in Macau to present Double Fortune, its new electronic table game in an upright cabinet. The dual-wheel electronic roulette product is intended for Asian gaming markets and gives players a way to build their own trends before deciding when to place a wager.
The company said the feature allows players to wait until a perceived winning pattern appears before betting on the roulette wheel. Alongside Double Fortune, Weike is also developing 2 more ETG products, one for baccarat and another for sic bo. It is also planning a revamp of its existing multi-player electronic table game.
Youth-Led Design Approach
Chua said the new products are intended to appeal to a wider audience than traditional gamblers. He pointed to the company’s design team, which he described as made up of youngsters in their 20s, as an important part of the innovation process.

He said Weike wants younger employees to have a platform to unlock their potential and help attract the players the company is targeting. In his view, younger people are better placed to understand what younger players want. Chua also said the company recruited young people in the industry over the past year as part of that approach.
Amusement Elements In Focus
The CEO said Ying Shuang Yuan reflects the company’s fresh blood strategy. The product uses base games Mystic Water and Lucky Mu and includes a multi-stage hold-and-respin feature that unlocks higher rewards as players move forward. It also includes free spins, with players able to choose among the free games on offer when the feature is triggered.
Chua said such features do not involve skill elements, but they can still make players feel more in control of the game. He added that one direction for product innovation is to bring amusement elements into gaming machines in order to increase entertainment value.
He noted that the gaming and amusement industries are increasingly looking at each other for ideas. Weike, he said, is studying how amusement components can be incorporated into gaming machines as part of its current research focus.
