Now there are reports the Super League strugglers are set to sign another Dragons star.
According to UK news site Love Rugby League, 25-year-old outside back Matthew Feagai is also on the verge of linking with the West Yorkshire club in 2027.

Castleford coach Ryan Carr worked with Feagai when initially serving as an assistant coach at St. George Illawarra under Anthony Griffin before being appointed as interim head coach during 2023 NRL season.
With Carr and the Tigers showing a clear liking for St. George Illawarra talent it remains to seen if they approach any more off-contract Dragons such as Emre Guler, Blake Lawrie, Luciano Leilua, Hame Sele, Tyrell Sloan or Christian Tuipulotu.
Other former NRL stars currently on the Castleford books include Blake Taaffe, Semi Valemei, Tom Weaver and another former Dragons star Mikaele Ravalawa.
