The ARL Commission has announced the Australian Men’s and Women’s Prime Minister’s XIII squads to take on PNG PM’s XIII teams in Port Moresby on Saturday, October 3 — the day before the 2026 NRL Grand Final in Sydney.

Notable inclusions in the Men’s Prime Minister’s XIII include Dragons twins Ryan and Toby Couchman and their teammate Hamish Stewart, as well as Bulldogs playmaker Lachlan Galvin and South Sydney Rabbitohs second rower David Fifita who will captain the side.
The Women’s Prime Minister’s XIII includes Sharks fullback Jada Taylor, Cowboys lock Bree Chester and Dragons enforcer Ahlivia Ingram.
“The players selected are some of the best players in the game,” ARLC Executive Chairman Peter V’landys said on release of the squads.

“Not only do they have the opportunity to represent their country, they will be ambassadors for Australia and for Rugby League. They will change lives for the better.
“On behalf of the Commission, I congratulate them on their selection.”
The Men’s Prime Minister’s XIII side will be coached by Ben Te’o while the Women’s squad will be led by Jillaroos coach Jess Skinner.
