Hall has held senior executive and board positions across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, with his career spanning sports broadcasting, media rights, technology and international distribution.
Most recently, Hall served as Chief Executive Officer of sports technology company uniqFEED. During his time in the role, he oversaw the development of the business into a provider of virtual advertising solutions for sports rights holders and broadcasters. He remains an adviser to the company’s board.
Hall previously served as Managing Director of beIN SPORTS in the Middle East and North Africa, overseeing operations across 23 countries and 20 sports channels.
His career has also included senior leadership roles with Setanta Sports across the UK, North America and Asia-Pacific. Earlier, Hall was Chief Executive of the North American Sports Network (NASN), Europe’s first dedicated American sports channel.
Roger said:
“I am delighted to join the Board of Racecourse Media Group, which plays a vital role in maximising the value and reach of racing’s media rights, while investing back into the sport.
Having spent my career working at the intersection of sports rights, broadcasting, technology and international distribution, I am looking forward to supporting the Board and executive team as they continue to develop new opportunities for racecourses, rights holders and fans both in the UK and around the world.”

“Roger’s experience across some of the world’s leading sports broadcasting organisations, together with his global network and commercial insight, will be invaluable as RMG continues to grow in an increasingly competitive and fast-moving media landscape. We are delighted to welcome Roger to the Board.”
Hall replaces Scott Smith, whose term as an Independent Non-Executive Director concluded on October 1.
Conor added:
“I would like to sincerely thank Scott for his valuable contribution to RMG over the past three years. His expertise has been greatly appreciated by fellow directors and the executive team alike, and we wish him every success for the future.”
The appointment follows several recent leadership changes at RMG. Nigel Railton began his role as the group’s new Chair on October 1, while Andrew Demaria has been appointed as RMG’s first Chief Content Officer and joins the executive team.
RMG also recently announced long-term extensions covering the audio-visual and data rights of 33 British racecourse shareholders.
