Yaspa Wins Payment Solution of the Year at SBC Awards 2026

Fintech payments provider Yaspa has been named Payment Solution of the Year at the SBC Awards 2026, adding another industry accolade to its growing list of awards this year.

The company secured the award on 1 October, overcoming competition in the category as the SBC Awards brought the SBC Summit Lisbon 2026 to a close.

The awards recognise leading companies across the European sports betting and gaming industry, covering operators, affiliates, suppliers, payment providers and game developers.

Yaspa Adds to 2026 Awards

The SBC Awards victory continues a successful year of industry recognition for Yaspa.

Earlier in 2026, the company was named Best Payment Solution Provider at the European iGaming Awards and Payment Solution of the Year at the SBC Awards Europe.

Yaspa also collected two awards at the EGR B2B Awards in June, winning both AI Solutions Provider and Safer Gambling Supplier.

Outside the gaming industry, Yaspa was included in the CB Insights Top 100 Fintechs, a global ranking highlighting companies considered among the most promising and innovative businesses shaping the future of financial services.

The latest recognition comes amid a period of sustained growth for Yaspa over the past 18 months.

Last year, the fintech closed a $12 million investment round led by Discerning Capital. Its expansion has also included the opening of a new office in Atlanta in the US and a technology hub in Leeds, UK, which opened in August 2025.

Founded in 2017 by a former Worldpay CTO, Yaspa specialises in intelligent payment solutions combining open banking and AI.

Its services include real-time Pay by Bank payments combined with verified customer insights, alongside payment and account verification services.

The company operates across the UK, Europe and the US, with offices in London, Leeds and Atlanta. Yaspa is regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority.
