Dayne Zorko

Admitted to tweaking his hamstring in the first quarter — but was unlucky not to win the Norm Smith.

Zorko led the match for metres gained (660m) from his 29 possessions, contributed six score involvements and seven tackles.

Monster performance from the 37-year-old.

Will Ashcroft

Dual Norm Smith medallist Ashcroft finished second in this year’s award with another huge Grand Final game.

With 31 possessions and nine clearances, Ashcroft was arguably the most influential midfielder on the ground.

Josh Dunkley

While he only gathered 21 possessions, Dunkley put his body on the line over-and-over again with 12 tackles.

He also made several crucial spoils in the final term.

Logan Morris

Morris would have probably been in the ‘strugglers’ section if it wasn’t for his last quarter.

Three final quarter goals, including the go-ahead six-pointer from a contested mark, put an extraordinary stamp on the game.

He stood up when it mattered and converted.

Ty Gallop

Looked like Josh Treacy was going to blow him away early in the game, but in the end, Gallop won the honours.

The young defender made several crucial contributions in the last quarter and Treacy was forced to roam up the ground to impact the game.

Strugglers

Harris Andrews

Was well shut out of the game by Patrick Voss, who kicked three important goals.

Andrews did make some important plays in the final term, however.

Sam Draper

Struggled to contain Luke Jackson, who was easily the most dominant ruckman on the ground.
