BetComply strengthens team with trio of new hires
BetComply has strengthened its compliance team with the appointment of three experienced industry professionals as the consultancy expands the support it provides to clients across regulatory and technical compliance.

Tiago Scoda Botelho has joined the company as Regulatory & Licensing Compliance Officer, while Renald Micallef has been appointed AML & RG Consultant and Tina Singh has taken on the role of Technical Compliance Consultant.
Tiago Scoda Botelho Joins Regulatory and Licensing Team
Botelho brings a legal and compliance background to BetComply, having spent several years working as a corporate lawyer before moving into senior compliance positions at bet365 and 3 Oaks Gaming.
In his new position, he will work with clients on regulatory compliance, licensing applications and ongoing operational requirements across multiple markets.

Renald Micallef Appointed AML & RG Consultant
Micallef joins BetComply following a career spanning more than 16 years across anti-money laundering, risk and responsible gaming.
His previous experience includes roles with a number of operators, including SlotsMillion and Nederlandse Loterij.
“I’m delighted to be joining a team with such deep industry knowledge. BetComply’s approach is focused, pragmatic and closely aligned with what operators actually need,”
said Micallef.
Tina Singh Strengthens Technical Compliance Team
Singh has been appointed Technical Compliance Consultant, bringing 17 years of experience from international and regulated environments across both land-based gaming and iGaming.

said Singh.
The three appointments expand BetComply’s capabilities across licensing, AML, responsible gaming and wider regulatory and technical compliance matters for operators and suppliers.
