The newly rebranded company, formerly known as EvenBet Gaming, will officially present the framework during the event, which takes place from September 29 to October 1.
Rather than beginning discussions around a particular product, Evenbeter’s approach starts by assessing where an operator’s business currently stands before establishing a realistic route for future expansion.
Operator Needs Take Priority Over Product Packages
Under the new philosophy, Evenbeter will assess factors including an operator’s existing business model, audience, technical infrastructure, market presence and ambitions.
The company is moving away from universal customer journeys and standardised product packages, with each operator instead receiving a roadmap based on its individual circumstances and readiness.
Visitors to stand B233 at SBC Summit will be able to see the approach in practice through live product demonstrations and personalised roadmap consultations with the Evenbeter team.
Different Routes Into Poker and iGaming
Evenbeter said entering poker can present challenges for businesses without specialist expertise, sufficient liquidity or established operational processes. Its new framework is intended to provide operators with a clearer and more accessible starting point.
The recommended entry route will depend on the operator’s existing position. An established casino or sportsbook, for example, could begin with a lightweight integration through One-Click Poker Games, while a startup with previous poker experience could opt for a standalone poker platform.

For new iGaming entrepreneurs, Evenbeter can instead provide turnkey casino infrastructure as an initial route into the market.
Poker Remains Central to Evenbeter Strategy
Poker continues to sit at the centre of Evenbeter’s expertise, while the company’s expanded casino portfolio provides additional routes for operators seeking to enter or grow across other verticals.
The proposed growth paths are not structured as fixed packages or automatic upgrade cycles. Instead, they are designed as practical roadmaps based on each operator’s business model, market and level of readiness.
Initial solutions can form part of a wider adaptable strategy as an operator develops its capabilities and increases audience engagement. Potential later stages include launching a poker room, joining a shared poker network, establishing a proprietary poker network or introducing casino products.
Dmitry Starostenkov, CEO at Evenbeter, said:
“We start with the operator, not the product: start with what you need, and grow into what’s next. That is the core promise we are bringing to SBC Summit this year.
Every business starts from a different position, so instead of pushing a predefined package, we anchor our strategy in their current readiness. Whether it’s
a light-touch integration or a fully independent platform, we help operators find the exact right entry point for today and map out a practical path for tomorrow.”Read more Zitro Secures UAE Gaming Vendor License for Market Entry
