The latest member of the Warriors squad to be hit by a serious injury in 2026, Watene-Zelezniak joins Tanah Boyd (ACL), Roger Tuivasa-Sheck (ACL), Jackson Ford (pectoral) and Luke Metcalf (hamstring) on the sidelines.

Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad also remains out through suspension, however Te Maire Martin (hamstring) could be back for the Round 26 home clash with the Knights.
