Revenue And EBITDA Surge
Revenue rose 96% year-on-year to PHP352.4 million, or $5.76 million, according to a filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange and a company release issued on Tuesday, August 11th. Digital Gaming Solutions generated PHP200.3 million, or $3.27 million, during the quarter, accounting for 57% of the group’s revenue. The segment, which includes online gaming platform technology and game-content distribution, reported no revenue in the corresponding period of 2025.
The segment’s revenue also increased 152% from the first quarter, while group revenue rose 51% sequentially. EBITDA of the listed gaming technology company grew to PHP51.5 million ($842,000), an 886% increase compared to last year’s figures. EBITDA margin rose to 15%, up from 10% last quarter
PhilWeb President Brian Ng said the rapid sequential growth and margin expansion in the second quarter validate the massive operating leverage of the company’s digital gaming solutions segment.
First-Half Turnaround
For the first 6 months of 2026, revenue increased 63.3% year-on-year to PHP585.4 million, or $9.57 million. The company posted net income of PHP61.0 million, or $997,000, reversing a PHP41.8 million, or $683,000, loss in the same period of 2025. First-half EBITDA increased to PHP75.0 million, or $1.23 million, from PHP2.2 million, or $36,000.
The turnaround was led by PHP279.6 million, or $4.57 million, in Digital Gaming Solutions revenue. This more than offset weaker performance in PhilWeb’s venue-based business, where service-provider share income fell 15.1%, and operator share income declined 14.3%.

Costs and expenses increased 33.2% to PHP520.1 million, or $8.50 million, mainly due to the investment supporting the company’s digital expansion.
Partnerships And Accreditation Drive Growth
PhilWeb secured accreditation from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation in March as a gaming affiliate and support-service provider, allowing it to supply technology and operational services to licensed operators. During the first half, the company signed agreements covering HANN Casino Resort’s regulated online gaming platform, FBM Philippines’ online operations, Okada Manila’s OKADA PLAY platform, and Newport World Resorts’ NWRPlay.
PhilWeb also entered the game-content aggregation and distribution business through initial deployments with NUSTAR Online and PT Gaming. It subsequently announced exclusive content partnerships with Pragmatic Play and Games Global in July.
AI Plans For B2B Infrastructure
The company said it plans to expand the use of artificial intelligence across its B2B infrastructure, with an initial focus on fraud detection, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
