Casino Plus Adds PAGCOR Problem Gambling Helpline to Platform
Casino Plus has linked its digital gaming platform to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.’s National Problem Gambling Helpline, giving players and their families direct access to government-backed support services. The company said the integration was made to make assistance easier to reach through its digital channels.
Direct Access To Support
The company stated that on Friday, users are able to use the recently opened 24/7 counseling helpline through their platforms. The telephone number to call the helpline is (02) 8248-9568, and it offers confidential counseling for those who are suffering from issues related to gambling, and also to assist the families of such individuals.
According to Casino Plus, the reason behind this step is that such users need to have access to help while using the platform. Furthermore, the helpline also forms a part of their responsible gaming initiative.
Helpline operations will be carried out together with Seagulls Flock Organization Inc., which provides counseling, psychological services, triage, referrals, and ongoing support through para-counseling and mental health professionals. Collaboration ensures that the helpline has a well-formulated support structure for those callers requiring further help beyond the first interaction.
Help Center Features Expanded
Casino Plus said the hotline is now included in its Help Center alongside several PAGCOR responsible gaming tools. These include links to the regulator’s responsible gaming portal, online self-exclusion application, self-exclusion form, family exclusion form, and licensee-emanating exclusion form.
By placing these tools in one area, the company said users are given direct access to the government’s responsible gaming resources. The setup is intended to make support options easier to find for players and for family members seeking help.

The company’s move has been driven by increased efforts on the part of organizations to link online gaming platforms with support services capable of acting swiftly in situations where issues of gambling arise. Here, the helpline service is available through a 24-hour service.
Responsible Gaming Focus
According to Casino Plus chief executive officer Evan Spytma, responsible gaming is not just about systems, procedures, and policies; it is about people. He further explained that as the company grows, its obligation would be to ensure that players are taken care of and well informed of all aspects that concern them.
He noted that making the national problem gambling helpline available is a very critical aspect of reaching out to individuals and families who might require it. His views put the initiative in the context of other measures geared toward keeping such support visible within the platform environment.
The company did not announce any other changes to its gaming products or services, but the helpline integration adds another layer to its user support structure. The move places the government-backed counseling service directly alongside the platform’s existing responsible gaming tools.
Support Access
With the helpline now built into its digital platform, Casino Plus has added a direct line to PAGCOR’s problem gambling support services for users and families. The arrangement brings the hotline, counseling support, and self-exclusion tools together inside the company’s Help Center, making the resources easier to reach when needed.
