Training 28-23 after stunning Keano Kini solo try in the 76th minute, the Broncos swept down the left side of the field through Josiah Karapani in a last-ditch attacking raid.
Erza Mam rushed into dummy half with a huge line to the right and Adam Reynolds screaming for the ball with the Titans defence outnumbered two-to-one.
Yet inexplicably Mam went blind side putting in a grubber kick for centre Grant Anderson.

Titans fullback Keano Kini put the ball dead and the full-time siren consigned the Broncos to consecutive home losses in the last six days against the NRL’s bottom two sides.
“There was a moment that Ezra Mam will want to have back,” Cooper Cronk declared after the match on Fox League.

“Adam Reynolds is calling for the ball… (Mam) doesn’t look right and goes in on an all-in play, in moments of chaos you need to do the team thing.
“You can’t predict the future, but if he gets it to the right hand side I’m pretty certain it’s a try for the Brisbane Broncos.”
Dropped for young half Tom Duffy before the match, it proved a mixed night for Mam who was injected with brilliant effect early after Duffy copped a head knock as the Broncos raced to a 12-0 lead after 23 minutes.
Duffy returned after passing his HIA with Mam sent back to the bench until the final 20 minutes of the match.
With a 5-8 record Brisbane has slumped to 12th on the NRL ladder, while the win has seen the 3-9 Titans move up to 14th.
