Platform Upgrade For ArenaPlus
ArenaPlus is described as the leading PAGCOR-licensed online sportsbook in the Philippines, and the new setup will move its sportsbook operations onto Altenar’s platform. The solution is built around localization, in-play and live betting, risk management tools, and compliance controls designed for a mobile-first market.
Altenar will also provide its in-house statistical model and automated pricing tools to support a player props portfolio for Philippine Basketball Association games. Faster odds updates are expected to widen the betting options available to users as the platform develops further.
Management Views On The Deal
Dinos Stranomitis, chief operating officer at Altenar, said the agreement marks an important step into a regulated market that is both growing and highly engaged. He said Altenar’s fully managed and localized sportsbook is designed to deliver the performance, stability, and compliance needed in the Philippines.
Erick Su, head of ArenaPlus, said the partnership fits the operator’s wider growth strategy. He said Altenar provides the technical strength and reliability needed to improve the sportsbook experience, and that the fully managed solution supports ArenaPlus as demand for live and in-play sports betting continues to rise.

Wider Regulatory Direction
The partnership comes after DigiPlus strengthened its compliance position last month by announcing the official integration of ArenaPlus into the Sportradar Integrity Exchange. The system is a global monitoring network focused on detecting and preventing match-fixing.
The Sportradar Integrity Exchange operates as a collaborative data-sharing platform that allows betting operators to report and receive real-time alerts on irregular wagering patterns. That move adds another regulatory layer to the sportsbook’s operations as DigiPlus continues to build out its flagship brand in the market.
Positioning In The Market
The latest agreement places ArenaPlus on a new operational path as it combines sportsbook technology, localised betting options, and integrity monitoring. For Altenar, the deal opens the door to a regulated Philippines market where mobile betting, live markets, and basketball-related offerings remain central to user demand.
For DigiPlus, the partnership reinforces the sportsbook’s role within its broader strategy and keeps ArenaPlus aligned with the company’s recent steps to expand its technical and compliance framework. The arrangement brings together platform delivery and integrity controls at a time when the operator is pushing deeper into regulated sports betting in the Philippines.
