The agreement is expected to become a significant step in updating the technological infrastructure of Chile’s lottery operator.
End-to-End Digital Modernization via an Omnichannel Platform
According to the agreement, the lottery operator Bally’s Intralot will transfer all the existing gaming and betting solutions of Polla Chilena de Beneficencia onto its platform LotosX Omni ecosystem. It is expected that this process will happen smoothly, with no disruption of services for the users during migration.
Modernization of the operator is aimed at strengthening its technological capabilities, optimization of operations, and improvement of the user experience. With the help of integration of retail and digital environments, the company will be able to offer omnichannel services that allow users to access them consistently from the Internet or physical stores.

Implementation of Advanced Solutions for Games
As part of the agreement, Bally’s Intralot will provide its complete range of proprietary solutions. Among them, there will be the LotosX system that controls the entire lottery process, the system PlayerX for managing user accounts, the RetailerX system for optimizing the retail network, and Orion for implementing sports betting solutions.
Among the main steps to be implemented within the agreement, there is updating the retail infrastructure. As part of this work, about 2,500 next-generation lottery terminals with built-in cameras will be provided to Chilean stores.
